The wines offered over the course of the evening hail from Portugal’s wine-growing regions of Douro, Lisboa, Vinho Verde, and Tejo. A sommelier on site will be able to assist you in your selections.
Diálogo Snow – DOC Douro
Niepoort. A white wine from Douro with notes of apple and lemon with a light floral hint. Serve with grilled or baked fish or white meat.

DFJ Vinhos. A bright, fruity, refreshing white wine from the Lisboa region with hints of lemon and apple. It is an excellent choice at happy hour and pairs well with oysters, seafood, fish, white meat, as well as vegetarian, Indian, and Thai dishes or a light meal with fresh cheese.
