As a Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and General Counsel at Power Sustainable, Delia Cristea is a leading figure in sustainable finance. With degrees in law from McGill and Sorbonne University, she has an extensive experience in legal and environmental affairs. Ms. Cristea is the Chair of Lawyers Without Borders Canada and co-founded Women in Climate Finance. She also sits on several boards of organizations focused on sustainability, energy transition, and climate justice.
Daniel Forest is the Chief Executive Officer of Datavalet, a company specialized in networking solutions, and has an in-depth expertise in private equity and corporate transformation. After holding key positions at BMO, he co-founded Alpine Growth Partners. Mr. Forest trained as a CPA and has an MBA from INSEAD. He is renowned for his agile leadership and commitment to helping tech businesses grow sustainably.
Laurent Fréchette is a notary emeritus and senior partner at Hogue Fortier Fréchette Inc. His areas of expertise are family law, succession planning, and professional ethics. He sat on the board of the Chambre des notaires from 2014 to 2024 and played a key role in developing the advance request for medical aid in dying. Mr. Fréchette also volunteers his time to the Major and Planned Gifts committee and is a director of the Fondation Autiste & majeur.
Julie Monty-Demers is the Head of Strategic Partnerships, Quebec at Google and has considerable experience in projects that are at the intersection of technology, accounting, and digital transformation. She has also held positions at SAP, Telus Health, and Ernst & Young. As a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, she is deeply committed to health and prevention.
As the Executive Vice President for Wealth Management, National Bank of Canada, Nancy Paquet has become an influential leader in the financial sector. Ms. Paquet has an MBA from HEC Montréal and a bachelor’s degree in law and is a member of the HEC Montréal Foundation’s board of directors. She was also named a fellow of the Institut de planification financière for her exceptional contribution to the profession of financial planner in Quebec.
Alain Serhan is a Partner at Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory firm, where he supports large organizations in their succession and governance strategies. Mr. Serhan was a consultant at McKinsey and an entrepreneur in the digital health sector. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
