MHI Foundation: the future takes heart

Because every advancement starts with a belief in possibility, the Foundation is the driving force that enables the Institute to achieve its mission and shape the cardiovascular medicine of tomorrow.

Mission

For the past 70 years, the Montreal Heart Institute has embodied cutting-edge progress in highly specialized cardiovascular care. By collecting funds and mobilizing the resources needed to make advances possible, the Foundation empowers the Institute to accelerate its mission.

Whether through research, prevention, education, or care, we’ve been uniting our forces for nearly 50 years to propel innovation, the driving force behind our work.

Vision

The Foundation and Institute share the same vision: build a future where heart disease is better prevented and treated. A future where every patient can live a longer, healthier life.
