Bouger pour le cœur with Nahla Abdelhamid
“Bouger pour le cœur” is the brainchild of Nahla Abdelhamid, a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee who wanted to give back to the community while supporting the MHI’s mission. Thanks to additional support from Benoit Sansoucy at Engel & Völkers Montreal and the VibeCycle studio, participants were able to take part in a spinning or HIIT class in a high-energy and mobilizing environment. All funds raised were donated to the Foundation in order to support research, prevention, and care at the MHI.
